Products

 

Many of the products on this site are personalized by using dye sublimation.  This process is completed by using a dye sublimation printer, an appropriate substrate (ie. tumbler, mug, etc.) and using a heat source (heat press or oven) to permanently print on the item.

Custom Orders

​

Custom orders are usually reviewed by the client prior to being printed and shipped.  Once the proof is approved, we will make the item and send it to the address on the order.  We make every effort to communicate with you during this process if we have any questions, etc.  Communication will include emails, phone calls or status updates from our site.  Final approvals must be given in written form, such as email, to help make sure we both understand what the final product will be.

Returns

Although we make every effort to make sure your are completely happy with your Happy Monkey Gift, sometimes things don't work out as planned.  Items that are not custom orders may be returned for a replacement item or credit.  You will be responsible for any shipping fees for returned items.  Please send your request to info@happymonkeygifts.com or call us at 727.647.5628.  Please click here for more detailed information on returns.
